Service was absolutely rubbish and the new set menu deal was horrible. My friends asked for less ice in their cocktails and was still given a glass full of ice and the manager arguing that if they give less ice it will change the drink which makes absolutely no sense? Will not be going here again.

Isabella was amazing and super attentive, she catered to our every need she helped us with suggestions and was just amazing.
The food was brilliant and delicious as well, we were celebrating our anniversary and they really did make it special. The atmosphere was stunning as well and we had such a good time will definitely be visiting back soon 🤍🤍

They most likely used the lobster frozen, it was tasteless and dry. The live ones in the aquarium at the entrance are probably for show. The hamburger is tasteless and bland. The only thing that's delicious is the garlic butter that comes with the lobster.

Incredibly welcoming, service was faultless. Made to feel very at ease, looked after and comfortable. Food was delicious. As someone who's worked in hospitality, I couldn't nitpick a single thing.

Our server Matthias made the experience 10 times better, his efficiency and attention to detail. Very much appreciated. Food came out quick and he made sure to ensure he kept checking if anything was needed or fine. Will be coming again hopefully he is there.

I would like to commend Matthias for his exceptional service and professionalism at L&B. During my visit, he went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable.
From the moment we were seated, he displayed a warm and welcoming demeanor, attentively explaining the menu and offering thoughtful recommendations, including the lobster roll and burger specials. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his genuine enthusiasm for the food made the experience even more enjoyable.
What stood out most was his attentiveness and attention to detail. He anticipated our needs without being intrusive, ensured our drinks were always refilled, and checked in at appropriate intervals to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. He was courteous, and efficient, which showed his dedication to providing top-notch service.
His friendly and approachable personality added a personal touch to the meal, making us feel valued as customers.
